What people say after

Reviews left on Google by students who train here.

★★★★★

“The best and most accepting gym I have ever been to. Everyone there, from the black belts to the white belts, did not pressure me in any way. They showed me with patience what I was doing wrong.”

Nat Dorsay · Richardson, TX · Google review

★★★★★

“I was out of Jiu-Jitsu for 10 years due to severe injury. Decided to go in and visit. Haven’t looked back in 3 years. At the age of 49 I’m enjoying competing and training more than ever.”

Before you come in

Do I need any experience?

No. Every person training here started as a complete beginner, and most people who walk through the door have never trained before. The instructors walk you through everything from day one — all you need is to show up.

What do I wear?

Comfortable athletic clothes — shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt. No special gear is needed for your first class. If you decide to keep training, we’ll tell you what to get and when.

Is it safe for my kid?

The kids’ programs are built for it: age-appropriate curriculum, instructors who specialise in youth classes, and a structured environment where safety comes before everything. Many parents find it safer than most team sports.

Do I have to sign anything to try?

No contract and no card to try the first class. After it, we’ll walk you through the membership options that fit your schedule — you decide once you’ve actually trained.

Do I have to pick a day right now?

No. That’s the whole point of this form — you send your contact, a coach texts you, and the two of you pick a time that actually works. Nothing to schedule here.

The first step is the hard one. It takes 30 seconds.
